Have you ever been working in a Table in Word and quickly wanted to add one row, either in the middle of the table, or at the end? You could right-click and choose to add a new row, but here’s a quick shortcut that adds one instantly!

  • Put your cursor OUTSIDE of the table in the right margin above where you want the new row to be added and hit the RETURN key. This could be anywhere in the table, or at the end.
  • A new row will be added instantly!
