Do you ever need to re-create a meeting? Sometimes you run out of time in a meeting and need to schedule additional time. And that means in Outlook you need to schedule the meeting, invite everyone, etc… all over again. Well, I’m going to show you an easier way to do that!

To recreate a meeting in the desktop Outlook 365 Calendar for another date and time:

  • In your calendar, hover over the original meeting date and press the CTRL key and drag it to a new date/time to duplicate it.
  • Then, open the meeting, make sure that your attendees are listed, any notes are included and the date and time are correct.
  • And Send the meeting invite (just because you’ve duplicated it on YOUR calendar, doesn’t mean the other attendees have the new meeting details.
